Can I contact you directly?

Absolutely! Anytime. Although we use our Client Portal to correspond with work and projects, we are always available by phone, email, or text in order to expedite any request.

What are the turn around times?

It varies based on the request and you can let us know when you need it by, however we will push it to the top of the list as a priority to get done no matter what. In any case, you will easily be able to see the Expected Completion Date in the Request Task inside your Client Portal.

What if I need something immediately?

We ask to be given a reasonable amount of time to be able to switch gears, but we will get on whatever it is. Your priority is our priority!

Is there a limit?

As far as the amount, no. We would prefer it be within business hours if at all possible, but if you need us in the evenings because of something unexpected, give us a shout!

What if I want something specific tracked?

We encourage establishing KPI’s that can be tracked, such as button clicks or page views. Google Analytics requires it to be setup manually with code, so let us know what you’d like to track and we will set it up for you to view from your Dashboard!

Can't I just look at it in 6 months an know?

For basic metrics like page views, yes. However beyond basic page views and referral information, events have to be setup before they can be tracked.

We can integrate over 60 integrations! Most businesses only use around 6-10 such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Home Advisor, and email responders like Mail Chimp.

Is it complicated to setup?

It does require some initial setup. The reason is because the advanced features work best when it’s customized for your business and style of talking. We are available to help set it up, or you can follow the help guides inside your Client Portal located within our Knowledge Base.

Do I have to use the platform?

No. We set it up and send you the link for you to forward to your customers and clients. Easy peasy. 

I already have hosting

Not a problem. The hosting that is included is optional. We can still perform our Webcare on your website even if it’s hosted elsewhere.

Why do I need webcare?

You websites technology and security behind it is constantly updated by its developers, kind of like our phones and apps. It’s not uncommon for it to not all work after that. We make sure your website continues to be your 24/7 salesman without any hiccups.

Will you migrate my website?

We can migrate your site at night to have minimal downtime. That’s not a problem.

Is there a limit for requests?

Does this include adding new sections?

This is for edits to existing sections and content only. This does not include design work. If you’d like additional work done, we would be happy to take care of it as an additional service.

What if I want colors changed?

Colors are generally part of design work. So if you are wanting to change the colors for the entire site, we would handle that as an additional service. However, we can gladly change individual items as part of an edit. 

Is this like website edits?

Website edits are based on requests from you. Website Improvements are all proactive with the goal to increase your UX/UI, features, conversions, and SEO rankings.

We are fully hands on to plan and execute work that would normally be add-on services. Our proactive involvement will improve your website month after month to grow your online presence. 

Why is this monthly and not all at once?

Think of it like home improvements. Doing them all at once would requiring paying all at once.

The month to month solution allows business owners to have a reasonable monthly budget set aside to keep improving their web presence and marketing. 

How do I know what's being improved?

Within your Client Portal you will be able to see what is planned and what is being worked on. We also keep in communication with you so that our work is also aligned with your goals, strategy, and upcoming marketing campaigns.

You will see us work on a number of things from month to month that you didn’t even know you needed!

What if I want something done sooner?

That’s the beauty of this feature. We can either:

  • Prioritize your requests and get it done as an improvement for the month as long as it doesn’t fall under a major project like additional pages. Or..
  • Separate it as an add-on service and knock it out for you in addition to what has already been planned.

In any case, we are reasonable and will work with you with the goal in mind to improve!

Is this full blown monthly SEO?

Referring back to the home improvement illustration, this service provides SEO work month after month. It will accumulate to a ton of SEO work in the course of 1 year. Or, we can do a years worth of SEO work in 1 month as an add-on service.
